Merrimack Teen Indicted On Felonious Sexual Assault Charge
Plus, teen indicted on robbery charge after Nashua incident, Milford man indicted on drug charge, man indicted after child ingests fentanyl.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Alexander Crockett, 18, lower left, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for robbery and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Jan. 4, 2018, in Nashua, he allegedly cut the eyelid of another person during a robbery while stating, give me “everything you’ve got” or “give me your wallet” or words to that effect.
Martin Crosier, 49, of Pike Street in Nashua, for felony habitual offender on Dec. 16, 2017, on Ash Street in Hollis.

Charles Daye, 25, middle left, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for second-degree assault, reckless conduct, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. The assault and conduct charges stem from an incident in September 2017, in Nashua, where he allegedly place a child near fentanyl which the child later swallowed. The drug and evidence charges allegedly occurred on Oct. 6, 2017.

Michael Docos, 60, lower right, of Stark Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-second offense and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Jan. 11, 2018, in Nashua, he allegedly discarded a paper package containing fentanyl.
Christopher Donlon, 37, lower middle, of Poneham Road in Milford, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine allegedly on Aug. 8, 2017, in Nashua.
Joshua Dube, 44, of Sheridan Street in Nashua, for motor vehicle; penalties allegedly in Nashua on Dec. 25, 2017.
Harrison Duong, 22, of Chandler Street in Nashua, for burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, both felonies. On Jan. 7, 2018, he allegedly stole cigarettes from E&A Mart in Nashua during a burglary.
Thomas Eosue, 19, of Fairway Drive in Merrimack, for felonious sexual assault. On Aug. 9, 2017, he allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl in Merrimack who was under the age of 16 at the time.
Anais Figueroa, 33, uppwer right, of no fixed address, on two felony counts of receiving stolen property. On Oct 25, 2017, she allegedly received or disposed of jewelry valued at more than $1,500; on Nov. 6, 2017, she reportedly received or disposed of jewelry and a Yamaha guitar.
