Nashua Man Indicted On Attempted Child Rape Charge: Superior Court
Nashua woman indicted on crack cocaine dealing charges; Milford woman indicted on knife threat charges; man faces strangulation charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Johnny Oriol, 42, of Pine Grove Avenue in Nashua on attempted felonious sexual assault and certain uses of computer services prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of communicating with a police officer, who he thought was a girl on WhatsApp, about sexually assaulting her on Feb. 2, and then driving to a predetermined location in Nashua on Feb. 7 to meet with the officer he thought was a girl.
Henry Osunide, 30, of Melbin Avenue in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony escape charge. He was accused of resisting arrest in Hudson on Dec. 5, 2021.

Dawn Parker, 45, of Nashua Street in Milford on domestic violence and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. She was accused of holding a knife and approaching another person on Dec. 3, 2021, in Milford.
Yorbis Peguero, 23, of Morton Street in Mattapan, MA, on a felony conspiracy to commit burglary charge. He was accused of agreeing with Dagin Ramirez Tejeda and two other people to burglarize a business in Nashua on Jan. 2.

Kevin Perez-Rivera, 22, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 22 in Nashua.
Matthew Perry, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on fraudulent use of a credit card, theft by unauthorized taking, and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining another person’s credit card on July 20, 2021, in Nashua, removing items from another person’s wallet at the YMCA in Nashua on Aug. 25, 2021, including a business credit card, and using the business credit card to obtain $1,000 worth of property or services on Aug. 25, 2021. Twice before, according to the indictment, Perry has been convicted on charges (robbery and stolen property).
Marie Poulin, 51, of Bush Hill Road in Hudson on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Palm Street in Nashua on March 24.
Dagin Ramirez Tejeda, 25, of Marton Street in Lawrence, MA, on a felony conspiracy to commit burglary charge. He was accused of agreeing with Yorbis Peguero and two others to burglarize a business on Jan. 2 in Nashua.
Ashley Rhodes, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing a YETI Rambler from Ace Hardware on Dec. 23, 2021, in Nashua. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted of theft.
Dujae Richards, 30, of New Haven Drive in Nashua on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card and four counts of identity fraud, all felonies. He was accused of accessing American Express and New York Life accounts from an elderly person in order to commit fraud between Aug. 16, 2020, and Feb. 1, 2021.
Andrea Rogers, 40, of Amherst Street in Nashua on possession of para-fluorofentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, and three sale of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. She was accused of selling and possessing the drugs between Feb. 17 and March 2 in Nashua.
