Nashua Man Indicted for Threatening to Kill Woman
Plus, woman charged with sale of oxycodone, man charged with forgery.

Joshua Griffin of Bockes Road in Hudson was indicted on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, falsifying physical evidence, criminal restraint, reckless conduct, and resisting arrest charges. It’s alleged that on July 31, he was in possession of a .32 caliber Brownings FN pistol after previously being convicted of second-degree assault in 2011. It’s also alleged that he hid the weapon in a wall in order to impede charges, confined a woman by holding a gun to her and ordering her to hug him, and shot a bullet through the wall of his apartment. He also allegedly resisted arrest.
Lindsay Karos of Underhill Street in Nashua was indicted on two counts of sale of oxycodone from June 11, and June 13, and a possession count from June 19, in Nashua.
Jay Kovich of Palm Street in Nashua is alleged to have committed domestic violence incidents specifically felony criminal threatening, two counts of simple assault, and false imprisonment. In Nashua, on Sept. 14, he allegedly held a knife to a woman, threatened to kill the her, pushed her to her back, blocked an exit to keep her from leaving the premises, and pushed her into a bed.

Jonathan Lozada of William Street in Nashua was indicted on a felony forgery charge for allegedly trying to defraud St. Mary’s Bank and a person with a forged check.
Edward Morrison Jr. of Old Brookline Road in Milford was indicted on a felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge for allegedly being in possession of a .45 caliber Citadel handgun after being convicted of felony possession of a controlled drug in 2011.

Eric Oak of Mercury Lane in Pelham was indicted on eight counts of felony theft by deception. It’s alleged that he allegedly took thousands of dollars from people between February 2013 and August 2014 to perform work on their homes, provide lawn services, or buy a vehicle. He was convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in 2008.
Charles Parkhurst of Chestnut Street in Nashua was indicted on felony second-degree assault and two counts of simple assault. He alleged strangled, pushed, and punch a woman in the face on Aug. 6, in Nashua.
Viviana Rosario of Willow Street in Nashua was indicted on an armed robbery charge. She’s alleged to have used a gun to rob the Hess gas station in Nashua on Aug. 16.
