According to Merrimack NH Patch crime logs, Lambert lives at the home and has a long history of incidents with the police.

Back in December 2013, Lambert was arrested by police for allegedly threatening residents in a home with a knife and spitting at a police officer. When police arrived they said they made contact with Lambert in the front yard, however, he was agitated and uncooperative with police as they attempted to question him. He allegedly then attempted to run from the officers, leading them on a short foot chase that ended with him being taken into custody.

In June 2012, he was arrested on an outstanding warrant for criminal threatening and harassment. The warrant was issued earlier in the day after Lambert allegedly sent threatening text messages to a former girlfriend.

In 2011, he was arrested for possession of alcohol. At the time, he wasn’t charged immediately because after being taken into custody, he was transported to St. Joseph Hospital for unspecified reasons. He was also charged with prowling.
