Milford Man Indicted for Fentanyl Possession
Plus, NY woman reportedly uses ID fraud to purchase iPhones, alleged Manch drug dealer indicted, and man charged with apartment arson.

The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:
David Nolette, 59, of Baker Avenue in Greenville, reckless conduct, criminal threatening, felon in possession of a deadly weapon, all felonies, as well as attempted simple assault, simple assault, two counts of criminal mischief, and criminal threatening. On June 13, 2015, in Greenville, he allegedly pointed a shotgun at police officers, threatened them, swung a cane at another man, damaged the windshield of his car, and stated that he was “going to get his gun (and) shoot (the man) in his head” or words to that effect.

Esteban Nunez, 30, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for felon duty to report, after being convicted of felonious sexual assault in June 2007 in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
Yamilec L. Pena, 21, of Arden Street in NY, NY, on two counts of felony identity fraud. On July 7, 2015, in Nashua, she allegedly posed as a woman in order to obtain six iPhone 6-pluses (three with 128G; three with 64G) at an AT&T store and Best Buy.

Jose Perez, 21, incarcerated in Manchester, for six felony counts of sale of narcotic drug (heroin). On March 23, March 24, March 31, April 3, April 20, and April 21, 2015, he allegedly worked in concert with Jose Rosario, to sell drugs to an individual cooperating with the Nashua Police Department.
Arthur Perrault, 52, of Hildreth Street in Litchfield, currently incarcerated, for three counts of felony arson. On May 17, 2015, he allegedly setting an apartment on fire and put a couple and children in danger.
Robert Peters, 43, of Ridgefield Drive in Milford, for possession of narcotic drug and attempted possession of narcotic drug, both felonies, allegedly involving fentanyl on June 17, 2015, in Milford.
Christian Prater, 19, of Iris Drive in Merrimack, for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault-domestic violence, second-degree assault, and criminal restraint, all felonies. On June 17, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly raped a woman multiple times, choked her twice, broke her cellphone and held her in his room against her will.
