10 Charged On Drug Sale, Possession, And Other Charges During Granite Shield Roundup, Nashua Police Say
The Nashua Police Department's Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem-Oriented Policing Unit arrested several people in December 2025.

NASHUA, NH — During December 2025, the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem-Oriented Policing Unit arrested 10 people on various charges.
The charges were “crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses, Sgt. Sergeant John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor for the department, said. The arrests were also part of the Granite Shield effort in New Hampshire.

Those arrested included:
Christopher Melvin Dube, 29, on a felony sale of controlled drug charge.

Angel Soto Fuentes, 35, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug.
James Gibson, 35, was arrested on an active electronic bench warrant, with the original charge being for possession of a controlled drug.
Ricardo Lazo, 44, was arrested on charges of disobeying an officer, operating as a habitual offender, and felonious use of a firearm.
Jose Ignacio Andujar Mateo, 27, was charged with 16 felony counts of sale of a controlled drug.
Carlos Aries Montero, 24, was arrested on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug.
Eric Potvin, 23, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent.
Crystal Smith, 39, was arrested on an active capias warrant, original charge being for possession of a controlled drug.
Idris Terrell, 32, was charged with felony possession of controlled drug-subsequent and transport drugs in a motor vehicle.
Carlos Mendez Vizcaino, 38, was arrested on license required, transport drugs in a motor vehicle, and felony possession of controlled drug charges.
Montero and Terrell were released on cash bail pending their arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court-Southern District. Lazo was released on $500 cash bail pending his arraignment in Hills South. Gibson was released on personal recognizance pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court. Dube, Potvin, and Vizcaino were released on personal recognizance and will be arraigned in Hills South. Fuentes and Mateo were held on preventative detention pending their arraignment in Hills South. Smith was held pending her arraignment at the Belknap Superior Court.
