Lawrence Mass. Man Indicted On Manchester Child Rape Charges: Superior Court Roundup

Derry teen indicted on strangulation charge; man with priors faces burglary indictments; Queen City man accused of child sexual assault.

MANCHESTER, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Jacob Aliberti, 19, of Brook Street in Derry on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling a former intimate partner on April 9 in Manchester.

Akim Alleyne, 33, of Dubuque Street in Manchester on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing a home on Maple Street in Manchester on Oct. 8, 2023, with the intent of committing stalking and simple assault.

Nathan Barka, 43, of Old Nashua Road in Londonderry on possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, falsifying physical evidence, and two willful concealment charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and putting them in his mouth to conceal them and impair an investigation and stealing items from Home Depot in Manchester on Aug. 23, 2023.

Eric St. Pierre, 40, of Belmont Street in Manchester on two felony theft by extortion charges. He exercised control over a Manchester property, owned by another person, and forced that person to take out a loan or “bad things will happen” or words to that affect, on July 11, 2023, according to the indictments.

Chad Stricker, 30, of Arlington Street in Manchester on two felonious sexual assault and six aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting two children between June 1, 2023, and Jan. 7 in Manchester.

Joseph Taylor, 34, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on felony illegal sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine on Jan. 18, felony possession of methamphetamine on Jan. 13, and felony receiving stolen property-a Glock 19 pistol on Feb. 5 in Manchester.

Idris Terrell, 30, of South Beech Street in Manchester on two robbery and two theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of using force to steal a Nissan Altima and a ring on Feb. 23 in Manchester.

Sergio Torres, 26, of Garden Drive in Manchester on riot, accomplice-second-degree assault, two reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and three attempt-first-degree assault charges. He was accused of kicking and punching another person, biting a person on his back, running over a police officer’s foot, driving at a high rate of speed in Downtown Manchester on March 14. Angela Tremblay, 39, of McGregor Street in Manchester on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies, on Jan. 18 in Manchester.

Richard Twombly, 46, of Brown Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Feb. 11 in Manchester.

Merlin Umana, 49, of Plummer Street in Manchester on a felony witness tampering charge. He was accused of attempting to induct another to withhold testimony by trying to persuade another to drop charges on May 10, 2023, in Manchester.

Jonas Vasquez, 32, of South Union Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on pattern-felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault, and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of raping, sexually assaulting, and fondling a girl between Aug. 1, 2020, and Jan. 31, 2021, in Manchester.
