19 Arrested In 6 Weeks On Drug, Other Charges By Nashua, Hudson Police
The Granite Shield enforcement was paid for by a New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Grant between Dec. 1, 2024, and Jan. 10.

NASHUA, NH — Police in two communities worked during the past six weeks to arrest 19 people on various drug crimes and crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior, according to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor of the Nashua Police Department.
The Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem-Oriented Policing Unit as well as Hudson police were involved in the arrests. Several stemmed from when officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Grant, he said.

Arrested were:
Shauna Baldi, 49, was arrested and charged with Possession of a felony controlled drug-methamphetamine and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.

Jessica Berube, 38, was charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and meth-subsequent offense.
Stacey Cincotta, 51, was arrested and charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and buprenorphine/naloxone.
Bret Cooper, 59, was arrested and charged with felony common nuisance.
Jessica Cothern, age 26, was arrested and charged with a felony possession of controlled a drug-fentanyl.
Luis Escalera, 41, was charged with a single felony count of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine.
Mary Fairfield, 32, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl.
Michael Fontaine, 55, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl.
James Gibson, 34, was arrested on an out-of-town warrant. At the time of Gibson’s arrest, Cinelli said, he was also charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug- subsequent-fentanyl and cocaine.
Alissa Gutierrez, 30, was arrested on five felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, clonazepam, amphetamine/dextroamphetamine, buprenorphine/naloxone, and methadone hydrochloride.
Joseph Hall, 36, was arrested and charged with a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent charge.
Paul Johnson, 37, was arrested on a parole violation warrant and a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine-subsequent charge.
Jennifer Judd, age 29, was arrested on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl.
Adam Kulas, 42, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine-subsequent offense.
Luis Rios, 49, was charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Julio Santiago Hernandez, 41, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and resisting arrest/detention.
Denis Velez, 43, was arrested and charged with three counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and crack cocaine, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and crack cocaine-subsequent charges, all felonies.
Brian Vickers, 45, was arrested on two felon possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and crack cocaine charges.
Hayden Wilburn, 31, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam and possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl, both felonies.
Cooper, Escalera, Fairfield, Fontaine, Gutierrez, Judd, Kulas, Rios, Vickers was released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Baldi, Berube, Cincotta, Cothern, and Hall were released on personal recognizance pending her arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Gibson was released to an outside agency pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Johnson was held without bail at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Santiago Hernandez was released on $700 cash bail pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Velez was released on $200 cash bail pending his arraignment at Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Wilburn refused bail and was held pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
