Accused Identity Thieves, Drug Dealers Indicted: Court Log
Nashua man charged with witness tempering; Nashua woman charged with strangulation, Greenfield man charged with threat with deadly weapon.
NASHUA, NH — The following were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Denny Geneo, of Broad Street in Nashua, on a Class B felony witness tampering charge. He is accused of telling a witness in an assault case against him not to testify in June. Court documents said he told the witness: "Do not show up then the case is closed" and "do not come, (and) nothing will happen."
Jahmar Gathright Gerow, of Blossom Street in Nashua, on a Class A felony drug possession charge. He is accused of knowingly possessing fentanyl in August.

Gary Guertin, of Willow Street in Nashua, on Special Felony and a Class B felony drug possession charges. He is accused of selling methamphetamine in Nashua in April, and of knowingly possessing fentanyl in Hudson and Nashua in August.
Melanie Gurley, of Nashua, on a Class A felony drug possession charges. She is charged with knowingly possessing fentanyl in Nashua in July and knowingly possessing cocaine in Nashua in July after having been previously convicted of drug possession in 2017.

Jennifer Hansen, of Margaret Circle in Nashua, on a Class B forgery charge. She is accused of attempting to purchase Adderall using a forged prescription at a Walgreen’s Pharmacy in Nashua in April.
Richard Henderson, of Brooks Drive in Greenfield, on a Class B criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. Henderson is accused of brandishing a knife and thrusting it at a victim in July.
Juan Herrera, of Route 101 in Wilton, on a Class B felony burglary charge. He is accused of breaking into a Wilton apartment for the purpose of committing an assault in May.
Valerie Hicks, of Walnut Street in Nashua, on a Class B felony assault charge. She is accused of second-degree assault by attempted strangulation in Nashua in Nov. 2018.
Warner Howell, of Baldree Street in Farmville, N.C., on a Class A felony fraud charge. He is accused of attempting to steal the identity of another person when applying for a loan at the Worker’s Credit Union in Hudson in July.
Cassandra Jarest, of Nashua Street in Milford, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. She is accused of possessing fentanyl in Nashua in July.
Carlos Javier, of Abbott Street in Lawrence, Mass., on a Class A felony fraud charges. He is accused of using a Santander Bank debit card and American Express Corporate card belonging to a different name to make a purchase from Irving Oil in Hudson in June.
Felicia Kendall, of Page Road in Litchfield, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. She is accused of knowingly possessing clonazepam in Nashua in July.
