Accused Sex Offenders, Drug Dealers Indicted: Court Log
Nashua man accused of sexual assaulting family members; Hudson man accused of sending lewd photos; Man accused of stealing from Finish Line.
NASHUA, NH — The following were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Alyssia Lawson, of Norton, Mass., on a Class B felony fraud charge. She is accused of attempting to cash a forged check at the Bedford Hills Service Center Credit Union in Hudson in September.
Michael Leard, of Nashua, on a Class B felony drug possession charges. He is accused of knowingly possessing cocaine and fentanyl in May.

Richard Lemere, of Hudson, on Class B felony indecent exposure and lewdness charges. He is accused of transmitting a picture of his genitals to a person he reasonably believed to be under the age of 16 on three occasions in May.
Mark Lennartson, of Nashua, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. He is accused of selling crack cocaine in May.

Ryan Luther, of Dover, on a Class A felony drug possession charge. He is accused of knowingly possessing clonazepam in May after having been previously convicted for felony drug possession.
Todd McNulty of Hollis, on a Class B felony second-degree domestic violence assault charge. He is accused of strangling a female family member in July.
Marques Menard, of no fixed address, on Class B felony theft and burglary charges. He is accused of trying to fraudulently return 10 items to the Finish Line store in Nashua totaling $1,384.96 in September and October of 2018. He is also accused of attempting to break into the Finish Line store at 310 Daniel Webster Highway in November of 2018.
Christopher Meneses, of Dracut, Mass., on a Class S felony drug possession with intent to sell charges. He is accused of possessing less than a half ounce of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell in Nashua in July 2018.
Daniel Montminy, of Nashua, on a Class S felony aggravated sexual assault charges. He is accused of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a family member under the age of 18 in Nashua in September. He is also accused of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a family member under the age of 13 in September 2018.
Sadie Newcomb, of Manchester, on a Class B felony habitual offender charge. She is charged with knowingly operating a vehicle as a habitual offender in Merrimack in March.
Roger O'Connor, of Merrimack, on a Class B felony drug possession charge. He is charged with knowingly possessing methamphetamine in Merrimack in August.
David Pedreira, of Pawcatuck, Conn., on a Class B felony habitual offender charge. He is accused of driving a vehicle as a habitual offender on Route 13 in Brookline having previously been certified as a habitual offender.
