NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Julio Morales, 42, of Farmwood Drive in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on March 25 in Nashua.
Tracy Morrell, 44, of Bridge Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on theft by unauthorized taking and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Jan. 6 in Nashua.
Timothy O'Mara, 60, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on April 16 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug charge in Hills South in December 2005.
Tyler Philbrook, 27, of Lantern Lane in Nashua, on two felony counts of first-degree assault. He was accused of striking a family member in the head and the arm with an axe on Jan. 9 in Nashua.
Alysan Polito, 33, of Cheryl Road in Windham, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and amphetamine in Nashua on April 9.

Tanya Quinlan, 45, of Sunshine Drive in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of entering a building on Kent Lane in Nashua on Sept. 29, 2025.
Mario Roman, 36, of Middle Street in Lowell, MA, on two felony counts of motor vehicles; penalties. He was accused of driving on Kinsley Street in Nashua on Jan. 20 and the Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on Feb. 16 after he was deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in June 2024.
Godgiven Senga, 47, of Mulvanity Street in Nashua, on a felony count of second-degree assault. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Nashua on April 16.
Michael Turgeon, 52, of Stevens Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of taking unauthorized control of money and renovation materials owned by another person between March 13 and June 20, 2022, in Hudson.
