Elderly Man From Derry Indicted On Kidnapping, Strangulation Charges: Court Roundup
Seabrook man indicted for hatchet threat, assault; man accused of assaulting Salem cop; Exeter man, with priors, indicted on drug charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
James Roland Dustin, 22, of Frying Pan Lane in Stratham, on two felony receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of retaining a 2005 Ford Taurus owned by another person that may have been stolen in Seabrook on June 11 and retaining a BMW X5 belonging to another person that may have been stolen on June 16. Sarah Ferullo, 31, of Brook Lane in Sandown, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of stealing money from a safe at the Xtra Mart in Hampstead and between Feb. 7 and Feb. 8 and removing winning lottery tickets from the store without paying for them between Nov. 1, 2023, and Feb. 8.

Adam C. Fowler, 35, of Robinhood Lane in Exeter, on possession of a carfentanil and cocaine mix charge and falsifying physical evidence — removing pieces of tin foil from the bag to impair an investigation, both felonies, and both committed while on release, on June 15 in Epping.
Keerati Nakklee, 26, of Rand Drive in Chester, on an extended term of imprisonment-simple assault. He was accused of striking a Salem police officer in the face during the line of duty on June 29.

Kimberley Ann Nichols, 60, of Schurman Drive in Derry, on a possession of cocaine and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Derry on March 18 after being convicted of theft twice.
William M. Pierce, 42, of Adams Avenue in Seabrook, on second-degree assault, criminal threatening, and two attempted first-degree assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of swinging a hatchet a person, cutting their finger, and stating “I’m going to kill you” or words to that effect in Seabrook on May 8.
Nelshon Pires, 19, of Moreland Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief charges, both felonies, and resisting arrest or detention. He was accused of smashing a sunroof on a Dodge Durango at Mark’s Discount Truck & Auto Sales in Londonderry on June 14 and fleeing the area when a police officer told him to stop.
Alysan Polito, 31, of Cheryl Road in Windham, on possession of alprazolam and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Windham on March 3.
Jorge Reyes a/k/a Roberto Garcia, 28, of Fort Hill Avenue in Lowell, MA, on a felony possession of cocaine charge in Londonderry on March 18, 2023.
Nicholas Ryan Ricard, 25, of Lonvale Lane in Amesbury, MA, on felony robbery and theft by unauthorized taking-$0 to $1,000 charges. He was accused of stealing goods from Walmart in Seabrook on April 14 and telling a loss prevention associate he was armed with a gun.
Michael Steven Rice, 33, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on Interstate 95 in North Hampton on Feb. 22 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Robert Everett Rogers, 64, of Pine Isle Drive in Derry, on kidnapping and two second-degree assault counts, all felonies, as well as two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Derry on March 12 twice, slapping her, sticking his thumbs in her mouth, and pulling the inside of her cheeks. Rogers also unlawfully restrained the woman while in a vehicle on Interstate 93 in Londonderry, driving at a high rate of speed on March 26, according to the indictment.
