Nashua Stalkers Face More Stalking Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Roundup

One Massachusetts was man indicted on a strangulation charge while another faces a theft charge; 2 indicted in stolen Hudson cellphone case.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Mario Roman, 33, of Middle Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony theft of lost or mislaid property, a cellphone valued at between $1,000 and $1,500 on Dec. 22, 2022, in Hudson.

Jonathan Sturtevant, 33, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of texting a woman, in violation of an order, on March 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a stalking charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Jan. 18.

Gianna Torres, 26, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony stalking charge. She as accused of texting a man on March 13 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a domestic violence-stalking charge in Nashua District Court in July 2016.

Richard Steven Torres, 26, of Manning Avenue in Middleton, MA, on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. In Nashua, he was accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 24, 2021.

Eduardo Valdes, 18, of Fairmount Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of working with Vincent Falcone, Anthony Michel, and others to engage in violent conduct by chasing another person and assaulting them on Feb. 7 in Nashua. Emmanuel Vasquez, 45, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and fentanyl charge on Jan. 28 in Nashua.

Kelley Winans, 38, of Belknap Road in Hudson on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of retaining another person’s cellphone, valued at between $1,000 and $1,500, on Dec. 22, 2022, in Hudson.
