Cornish Man Indicted for Manslaughter
Plus, two indicted for welfare fraud; man indicted for sexual assault; Massachusetts woman indicted for heroin possession.

Gerald Sipple, 23, of Vine Street in Nashua, was indicted on a felony receiving stolen property charge for allegedly possessing a handgun between July 1, and July 20, 2014, that he knew was stolen from a man in Nashua.
Jennifer L. Thibodeau, 32, of Elm Street in Milford, was indicted for felony welfare fraud. It’s alleged that between July 1, 2013, and March 7, 2014, while in Nashua, she allegedly misrepresented to the N.H. Dept. of Health and Human Services her family income by not reporting what her husband was earning for the purpose of obtaining food stamp benefits in excess of $1,500.
William R. Thomas, 33, of Gillis Street in Nashua, was indicted on a change of address; duty to inform, felony charge. It’s alleged that on Sept. 16, 2014, Thomas, a registered sex offender, failed to comply in reporting his change of address after being convicted in September 2013 of the same charge.

Stacey Vaughan, 30, of Harvard Way in Newbury, MA, was indicted for possession of a narcotic drug, a felony, for allegedly having heroin on July 2, 2014, in Nashua.
Aimee N. Venturini, 35, of Demery Road in Hudson, was indicted on welfare fraud, a felony. It’s alleged that between Oct. 20, 2011, and Feb. 28, 2013, in Nashua, that she falsely reported to the N.H. Dept. of Health and Human Services that she didn’t reside with her husband in order to obtain cash, medical, and food stamps in excess of $1,000.

Stephen Welch, 25, of Cross Street in Nashua, was indicted on criminal threatening and reckless conduct felony charges. It’s alleged that he threatened a Nashua man on Aug. 23, 2014, with a firearm, and waved the firearm around.
Kyle Witty, 44, of Squag City Road in Cornish, was indicted on felony manslaughter for allegedly failing to stop at a red light on Route 101A in Merrimack and killing Elizabeth Quinn.
Mark Worcester, 36, of Josiah Lane in Temple, was indicted on seven felony counts of pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault between May 8, 2009, and May 7, 2014, against a teenage girl.
Mandy Almeida, 35, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua, for felony forgery and theft by unauthorized taking after allegedly defrauding a Nashua woman of $800 via check on July 31, 2014.
Nigel Amonte, 21, of Buck Street in Nashua, was indicted on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug. It’s alleged that on June 9, and June 15, 2014, in Nashua, he sold marijuana to a police officer. Amonte previously was convicted in July 2012.
Leonardo Barroso, 21, of Amherst Street in Nashua, was indicted on felony counts of first-degree assault, simple assault, and reckless conduct for assaulting a man in Brookline on July 27, 2014, placing that man in danger with a vehicle and striking a pedestrian, and stabbing another man.
Kristen Beebe, 26, of Fox Meadow Lane in Merrimack, was indicted for possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute, second charge, a felony. It’s alleged that on Aug. 17, 2014, she was in possession of five grams or more of heroin after being previously convicted in December 2006 in Merrimack District Court.
