Elderly Nashua Man Indicted On Rape Charges: Court Roundup
Nashua man indicted on indecent exposure charge; Manchester accused of forgery; Mass. woman accused of stealing cash from a lottery machine.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Ryan Auger, 39, of Shaw Street in Manchester on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, buprenorphine, and cocaine charges on June 25 in Milford. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug; acts prohibited charge on May 7 in Cheshire County Superior Court.
Kayla Baglio, 28, of Heath Street in Billerica, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing more than $1,500 in currency from a New Hampshire State Lottery machine at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Nashua between June 27, 2020, and May 30.

Jesse Ryan Bedell, 37, of Route 108 Tent City in Somersworth on a felony duty to report charge. He was accused of not filing with Hudson police on June 3.
Timothy Belden, 67, of Orange Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on Jan. 1 in Nashua.

David Lamoureux, 32, of Mountain View Street in Nashua on falsifying physical evidence and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of 4 grams of the drug and destroying the bag believing Hudson police would be investigating him on May 18.
Donald Lemay, 67, of Pine Street in Nashua on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing himself to a strange in Nashua on July 6 after previously being convicted in Massachusetts on the same charge. Crystal Mahoney, 28, of Lilley Avenue in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge as well as dealing in or possession prescription drugs and receiving stolen property. She was accused of damaging an Acura on May 17 in Nashua causing more than $4,700 in damage and possessing prescription drugs without a prescription that were stolen.
Caleb Marquis, 29, of Beech Street in Nashua on second-degree assault and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of burning a child by putting them in a tub with scalding hot water, leaving the child unattended, while smoking marijuana on Sept. 15, 2020, in Nashua.
Jeremy Mastro, 36, of South Main Street in Manchester on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check for nearly $4,000 against a trust account to defraud a bank in Hudson on June 5.
Eric McNeil, 39, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two felony controlled drug; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, fentanyl charges on June 7 in Nashua.
Dagoberto Medina-Marroquin, 66, of Royal Crest Drive in Nashua on four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges as well as single counts of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and felonious sexual assault, all felonies. He was accused of raping a girl between March 1, 2019, and Sept. 30, 2019, in Nashua.
