South End Residents Arrested On Drug Dealing Charges: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Brandy A. Hager, year of 1979, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. on July 15, 2017, for sale of controlled drugs, theft by deception, and a bench warrant. The drug dealing charge stems from an alleged incident on South State Street. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident at Rite Aid on South Street; the bench warrant was reportedly issued at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Rory C. Labbe, YOB 1981, of Concord, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. on July 14, 2017, on a warrant. He was arrested at the Burger King on Hall Street.

Joseph M. Reale-Case, YOB 1996, of Rosemary Court in Concord, was arrested at 7:35 a.m. on July 13, 2017, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at home.

David Phelps, YOB 1960, of Shawmut Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:47 p.m. on July 10, 2017, for conduct after an accident. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Marc D. Craigue, YOB 1964, of River Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on July 9, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault after an alleged incident in the Village Street area of Penacook.

Daryl A. Lozier, YOB 1973, of Clinton Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on July 9, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Old Turnpike Road.
