Concord Men Arrested on Alleged Protective Order Violations: Log

CONCORD, NH — Ryan Auger, 34, of Myrtle Street in Hillsboro, was arrested at 6:36 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. Brandon V. Maynard, 24, of School Street in Tilton, was arrested at 7:17 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, on two bench warrants. They were arrested after an alleged incident at the Gully Hill Shell gas station on Loudon Road.

Ian S. Hanley, 35, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:03 a.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Shaw’s on D’Amante Drive.

Mike G. Bishop, 50, of Chesley Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident. He was arrested on Old Turnpike Road near Airport Road.

Kevin M. Robie, 49, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for violation of a protective order; penalty. The charge stems from an alleged incident in an apartment on Village Street.

Angelo L. Santiago, 24, of Tahanto Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for violation of a protective order; penalty. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Loudon Road.

Jose E. DeJesus Jr., 32, of Methuen, MA, received a summons at 12: 12 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on South Main Street near Moe’s.

Heather Benfield, 26, of Bridge Street in Pittsfield, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for conduct after an accident after an alleged incident at the Shaw’s Supermarket on Fort Eddy Road.

Jayson P. Wagner, 35, of Piper Hill Road in Loudon, was arrested at 8:06 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for criminal mischief and reckless conduct; place another in danger. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on South State Street.

Rebecca M. Santy, 33, of River Road in Bow, was arrested at 9 p.m. on Nov. 21, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.
