Hudson Man Indicted On 13 Sexual Assault, Other Charges: Roundup
Nashua, Merrimack, Lowell men indicted on drug charges; Manchester, Hudson felons indicted for weapons; man indicted on stolen ring charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Matthew Garcia, pictured middle left, 30, of Kelley Street in Manchester, on convicted felons and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He's accused of holding a knife against another person's neck on Sept. 26, 2019, in Nashua. According to the indictment, Garcia was convicted on a felony first-degree assault charge in August 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Scott Graham, left, 39, of Alpine Avenue in Hudson, on certain uses of computer services prohibited, attempted felonious sexual assault, three indecent exposure and lewdness, and 13 felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He's accused of sending pictures of his genitals and raping a 15-year-old in Hudson between July and October 2019. He's also accused of using WhatsApp to communicate and attempting to meet with a person he thought was a boy for sexual relations on Oct. 8, 2019, in Nashua.

Peter De Jesus Guilfu, 39, of Fletcher Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of cocaine charge from Sept. 21, 2019, in Nashua.
Henri Guite, 39, of Sanders Road in Hudson, on domestic violence-criminal threatening, falsifying physical evidence, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He's accused of threatening a woman and intimate partner with a 9 mm Glock-17 handgun and concealed the gun to impair an investigation by Hudson police on Oct. 17, 2019. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a felony in River County Court in Florida in February 2019.

Justin Hall, 30, of Palm Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies on Nov. 9, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2015.
David Horne, 57, of Madison Drive in Hudson, on attempted second-degree assault and taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer charges, both felonies. He's accused of wrapping the portable radio cable around a Hudson police officer's neck and trying to grab a gun from them on Sept. 14, 2019.
Kullawat Jaemsirikarn, middle right, 45, of Lakeview Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony possession of meth charge on Sept. 24, 2019, in Nashua.
Donald Jennings, 61, of Oak Street in Merrimack, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Oct. 5, 2019, in Milford.
Richard Jervah, right, 52, homeless in the Nashua area, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing a ring from a woman on March 22, 2019, in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in February 2009 and October 2012.
Paul Johnson, 42, of Copp Street in Nashua, on habitual offender and conduct after an accident charges. He's accused of driving on Oct. 17, 2019, in Hudson, and crashing into another vehicle, causing injury to a child in that vehicle, and then fleeing the scene.
