Nashua Residents, Accused Of Drug Dealing, Indicted: Court Docs

Dracut woman indicted on forgery charge; Hudson man accused of strangling cop, trying to take his gun; Loudon man accused of stealing guns.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Brandon Hanks, pictured upper left, 28, of Gillis Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Sept. 4, 2019, in Hudson.

Sandra Hasenbein-Rice, 55, of Lakeview Avenue in Dracut, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. She's accused of uttering checks from a Digital Federal Union account belonging to another on April 5 in Hudson.

Christopher Hayes, 37, of Whitney Street in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing a bottle of Versace perfume from Rite Aid on Aug. 23 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he's been convicted twice on theft charges.

Brian Hayward, upper middle, 33, of Ledgewood Drive in Nashua, on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and fentanyl and attempted theft by deception charges. He's accused of selling the drugs to an agent of the Nashua police on Aug. 2. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2010. On the theft charge, he was accused of trying to pass a counterfeit $100 bill at a McDonald's Restaurant in Nashua on Aug. 26. According to the indictment, he was convicted of receipt of stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking in November 2016 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

David Horne, 57, of Madison Drive in Hudson, on attempted second-degree assault and attempted taking a firearm from a law enforcement officer charges, both felonies. On Sept. 14, he was accused of strangling a Hudson police officer with a portable radio cable while trying to grab for the officer's gun.

Angela Joyal, 29, of Vine Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of lorazepam charge on July 30 in Nashua.

Megan Judd, lower middle, 25, of White Rock Hill Road in Bow, on sale of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, on Aug. 27 in Nashua.

Milton Elias Lara, 45, of Oakland Avenue in Methuen, MA, three counts of forgery and two counts of identity fraud, all felonies, as well as three misdemeanor counts of unsworn falsification and two misdemeanor counts tamping with public or private records. The charges stem from incidents on Sept. 3, 2013, and July 24, 2018, in Nashua, while allegedly posing as another to obtain a New Hampshire driver's license. The Dominican national was arrested on distribution of and possession with intent of fentanyl in September.

Brandon McCarthy, 25, of Dogwood Terrace in Loudon, on burglary and three theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He's accused of burglarizing a home on Central Street in Nashua and stealing two 9 mm and one .40 caliber Ruger handguns.

Jonathan Amorella Moore, upper right, 30, of Edgar Court in Hudson, on a felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charge. He's accused of strangling a former intimate partner on Sept. 16 in Hudson.
