Massachusetts Man Arrested On DUI Charge: Nashua Police Log

NASHUA, NH — Kevin Ellard, 37, of Wakefield Drive in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 5, 2019, on a criminal mischief charge.

Mark Campbell, 43, homeless, was arrested on a receiving stolen property charge on Aug. 5.

Juan C. Menjivar, 39, of Lovell Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 4, on two domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Amber D. Carlow, 28, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge.

Timothy Albert Millard, 27, of Maple Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 3, on a capias warrant.

Russell P. Lovejoy, 47, of Ledge Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 2, on two electronic bench warrants for failure to appear at an arraignment.

Torres Joel Rivera, 41, of Temple Street in Nashua, was arrested on Aug. 1, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspension of vehicle registration, driving without giving proof, and driver's license prohibitions.

Gary Guertin, 29, of Willow Street in Nashua, was arrested on July 30, on a credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charge.

David K. Blackadar, 62, of Newbury Street in Danvers, Massachusetts, was arrested on July 30, on a DUI charge.

Christopher Martin, 42, homeless, was arrested on two simple assault charges on July 29.

Jose Paz Castro, 43, of Second Street in Trenton, New Jersey, was arrested on a fugitive warrant on July 29.
