Nashua Habitual Offender Accused Of Injuring Cop With Car Door: Court
Plus: Another Denny's shooting riot indictment; Litchfield man indicted on knife threat charge; Pelham man indicted on strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Brent Graves, 45, of Beech Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 1, 2023, in Hudson.
Robin Guzman-Encarnacion, 34, of Bowers Street in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of engaging with two or more other people in violent conduct and causing risk and public alarm, which led to two people getting shot on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua.

Christopher Holden, 46, of Ash Street in Nashua on forgery and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $6,583 on Enterprise Bank from Fremont Land LLC on Oct. 20, 2023, in Hudson.
Brandon Hayes, 40, of Fountain Street in Haverhill, Massachusetts, on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Pelham on Dec. 5, 2023.

John Hicks, 57, with a last known address of Garden Drive in Litchfield on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to stab a woman with a knife, holding it to her head, on Aug. 28, 2023, in Litchfield.
Ernest Iannotti, 49, of Andover Street in Pelham on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Pelham on Dec. 4, 2023.
Brandie Jones, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on reckless conduct and three motor vehicles; penalties charges, all felonies. She was accused of driving on Hills Ferry Road in Nashua on Sept. 13, 2023, and Amherst Street and Derry Street in Nashua on Sept. 22, 2023, after being deemed a habitual offender. The indictment accused Jones of placing a police officer in danger by driving with the door ajar to elude police and striking the officer with the door, causing death or serious bodily injury on Sept. 22, 2023, in Nashua.
Erica June a.k.a. Eric June, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Nov. 4, 2023.
