Nashua Man Indicted On Burglary, Weapon Threat Charges: Court Roundup
NY man accused of attempting to buy BMW, Audi with fake ID; elderly man indicted for impersonating sheriff; man accused of dealing drugs.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Alexis McDonald, 44, of Monroe Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. She was accused of driving on Lowell Road in Hudson on March 1 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Omar McFarlane, 24, of Foster Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, on two felony identity fraud charges. He was accused of posing as another person with a fake Michigan license to obtain a BMW X3 at Peters Honda in Nashua and an Audi A6 at Albrecht Auto in Nashua on Jan. 23.

William Newman, 24, of Cox Street in Nashua on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 3 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
Katie Orme, 28, of Abbot Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl charge in Merrimack on Aug. 22.

Ezquiel Polanco, 27, of Walnut Street in Nashua on burglary, criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and attempting criminal threatening-deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a Broad Street in Nashua apartment while armed, pointing a firearm at others, and saying, “you’re the one I’m looking for,” or words to that effect on Sept. 23.
Ira Rankin, 31, of Kinsley Street in Nashua on possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and two possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing 23.4 grams of meth and 46.5 grams of crack on Sept. 11 in Nashua.
John Ross, 72, of Concord Street in Nashua on a felony false personation charge. He was accused of wearing a five-pointed star badge to look like a sheriff in Nashua on Sept. 9.
Kurt Roth, 49, of Shady Lane in Windham on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Aug. 17 in Hudson.
Andrew Sanders, 38, of Merrill Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on July 28 in Nashua. He was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in September 2020.
Ethan Seavey, 25, of Chestnut Hill Road in Rochester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack on Aug. 20 after the NH DMV deemed him to be a habitual offender.
Richard I. Smith, 39, of Midhurst Road in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hudson on March 4. Twice before, he has been convicted on theft charges, in October 2016 and September 2021.
Victor Spennato, 67, of Pearl Street in Manchester on a felony issuing bad checks charge. He was accused of writing a $1,500 check to Brooks Moving off a TD Bank account in Merrimack but the account was closed on May 23, 2019.
