Nashua Transient Indicted On Gun Burglary, Theft Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Peter Rich, 21, of no fixed address in Nashua, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. Janel Rodrigues, 42, of McLaren Avenue in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine charges on April 12 in Merrimack.

Ernie Roig, 33, of Van Buren Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, crack cocaine charges on April 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Roig was convicted on possession in January 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jarrod Rossi, 41, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 17 in Nashua.

Scott Ryan, 53, of Rhodes Street in Billerica, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-oxycodone charge on March 30 in Nashua.

Jesse Reale, 38, of Lenny Lane in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 17.

Jeffrey Reed, 21, of Lawnwood Lane in Burton, Michigan, on manufacture of child sex abuse images, falsifying physical evidence, and certain computer uses of computer services prohibited charges, all felonies. He was accused of using Instagram to entice at girl under 13 to send a naked photo of herself and removed audio messages and changed his profile name and photo in August 2020 in Merrimack.

Rodolfo Santos, 31, of West Hollis Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 11. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in December 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Antonio Santos, 38, of Crown Street in Nashua on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on July 9.

Vanessa Swett, 33, of Treaty Court in Fremont on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 18 in Merrimack.
