Alleged Human Trafficker, Gang Member Indicted: Roundup

Peterborough woman indicted for aggravated DWI after crash, Weare teen indicted on threat, drug charges, and alleged burglars indicted.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

Pamela Ramalho, 52, of Gold Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking and three counts of forgery. The charges stem from alleged incidents in 2015 and 2016 involving nearly $6,000 belonging to Kindler Development.

Kelvin Reddick, 36, lower right, of Union Street in Manchester, for trafficking of persons, conspiracy to commit trafficking in persons, two counts of attempted second-degree assault, two counts of conspiracy to commit second-degree assault, two counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, two counts of reckless conduct, two counts of conspiracy to commit reckless conduct, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in Manchester in 2016, by members of The Squad gang.

Christopher Regan, 25, of Sagamore Avenue in Portsmouth, for felony burglary. On Oct. 14, 2017, he allegedly burglarized the Kohl’s on South River Road in Bedford.

Andrew Resendes, 48, of Front Street in Exeter, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly taking money that belonged to Team Nissan in Manchester on Nov. 4, 2017.

Alex Rizzo, 19, of Clough Park Road in Weare, on two counts of accomplice to criminal threatening and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA. On Nov. 8, 2017, he allegedly drove a man to Mast Road in Goffstown to reportedly threaten another with a metal pipe and kill them.

Stephen Rizzo, 32, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, for felony burglary as well as simple assault. On July 21, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a home in Manchester and assaulted an intimate partner with his hands.

Rebecca Rodenhiser, 38, of Gulf Road in Peterborough, on three felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated for allegedly causing injury to another person after a collision on Route 31 in Lyndeborough on Nov. 15, 2017.

Hector Rodriguez, 23, lower left, of Bartlett Street in Manchester, for felony falsifying physical evidence as well as two counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of credit card fraud. On Dec. 17, 2017, in Manchester, he allegedly concealed a purse in a men’s room trash can in order to impair an investigation. At the time of the theft incidents, he was out on bail.

Angeli Rosado, 29, of Water Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession with intent to dispense a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 17, 2017, in Manchester.

Mirna Rosario, 35, of Elm Street in Manchester, on two counts domestic violence-criminal threatening and criminal mischief, all felonies. On Dec. 5, 2017, she allegedly pointed a knife at an intimate partner and stated, in sum and substance, “You’re next, you watch,” and stabbed the knife through a door. She also reportedly damaged items.

Jarrod Rossi, 37, lower center, of Bridge Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly exercising control over a bag of wire belonging to Granite State Electric on July 19, 2017, in Manchester. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of receiving stolen property twice.

Peter Russo, 47, of Varney Street in Manchester, for felony attempted second-degree assault for allegedly strangling another person and pushing them up against a vehicle on Dec. 19, 2017.
