Nashua Woman Indicted On Drug Sale Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Teen accused of crashing box truck into New Ipswich police chief's cruiser; elderly woman indicted for reckless conduct; drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.

Eleanor Healey, 72, of Nye Avenue in Nashua on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving a Toyota RAV4, as a deadly weapon, placing another person in danger of serious bodily injury in Hudson on May 25.

Donovan Jannette-Hicks, 30, of Putnam Hill Road in Wilton on falsifying physical evidence and tampering with witnesses charges, both felonies. Between Dec. 21, 2021, and Jan. 3, 2022, he was accused of deleting text messages from his cell phone to impair an investigation in Greenville and between Jan. 1 and June 1, was accused of attempting to induce another, in Nashua, to get a third party to testify falsely.

Naeshaun Kearse, 19, of Park Hill Avenue on Staten Island, New York, on attempted second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and criminal mischief charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a U-Haul box truck at a high rate of speed, as a deadly weapon and driving into a police cruiser, while being pursued by the New Ipswich police chief on May 1.

Jane Kuban, 60, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 13 in Nashua.

Leon LaBarre, 39, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on possession of meth and two possession of meth with intent to sell charges, all felonies, on Nov. 6, 2021, in Milford.

Sarah Lafond, 34, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony count of sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent, fentanyl and parafluorofentanyl mix, around 4.8 grams, while acting in concert with Kevin Lafond, to a cooperating individual with the Nashua police, on March 4, according to the indictment.

Gregory Levesque, 34, of Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from the Home Depot in Nashua on June 20.

Corey Beth Livolsi, 40, of Central Street in Hudson on habitual offender and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Central Street in Hudson on July 30 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Daniel McCarthy, 37, of Hunt Hill Road in Rindge on a felony unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property charge. He was accused of not returning a 2021 Ford F650 to U-Haul in Nashua on May 8.

Stephen Morrison, 33, of Notre Dame Street in Manchester on a felony criminal liability for the conduct of another-theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of acting in concert with Samantha Tremblay to direct her to cash a check at TD Bank in Nashua on May 23.
