Nashua Man Indicted On Armed Robbery, Burglary Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Accused fentanyl and crack cocaine dealers indicted; habitual offenders indicted; NJ, Mass. residents indicted on theft charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Gregory Levesque, 33, of Temple Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Nashua on April 27.
Jose Soto De Los Angeles, 23, of Holmes Street in Nashua on a felony sale of fentanyl charge. He was accused of selling the drug to an undercover Nashua police officer on April 6, 2021.

Jonathan Lozada, 33, of Lake Avenue in Manchester on two reckless conduct and two simple assault-extended term charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving above the posted speed limit with the vehicle’s lights off and failing to stop at stop signs as well as headbutting two police officers on April 5 in Nashua.
William Mackey III, 42, of Broad Street in Nashua on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Volkswagen Passat on Cross Street in Nashua on May 21 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Steven Matthis, 42, of Ireson Street in Saugus, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of receiving a 2018 Chevrolet truck on July 18, that he probably knew to be stolen, from Daniella Rental Systems in Nashua.
Thomas Mitchell, 28, of Hawthorne Village Road in Nashua on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging a Merrimack County Savings Bank ATM in Nashua on May 14.
Anthony Monbleau, 31, of Tyler Street in Nashua on a felony habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving a Nissan Altima on Spit Brook Road in Nashua on June 28 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in March 2016.
Christopher Montalvo-Flores, 37, of U.S. Highway 202-206 in Bridgewater, New Jersey, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing multiple sets of Bose headphones from the Apple store in Nashua on April 27, 2019.
Louis Muccioli, 30, of Forsythia Drive in Nashua on three controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He was accused of selling the drug to a person cooperating with the Nashua police between Jan. 1 and Feb. 28. Previously, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on a prior offense.
Marcus Ndlovu, 21, of Greenwood Drive in Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on armed robbery and burglary charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Kinsley Street in Nashua and acting in concert with Melvin Campbell and Yesther Pascual to rob a person at gunpoint on March 1, according to the indictment. Corrine Nurse-Sherrod, 27, of St. Paul St. in Brookline, Massachusetts, on two felony theft by unauthorized taking charges. She was accused of acting in concert with Shakia Yancey to steal items from Olympia Sports in Nashua on Oct. 26, 2021, and American Eagle Outfitters in Nashua on April 5, the indictment stated.
Charles Parkhurst, 59, of Norton Street in Nashua on possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, possessing crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. He was accused of selling the drug on June 1 in Nashua and possessing and discarding a baggie of the drug on the ground to impair an investigation on June 9 in Nashua.
