Nashua Police Arrest 7 On Various Drug Offenses

Six Gate City residents and homeless people face possession charges, while one was accused of selling crack cocaine and fentanyl.

NASHUA, NH — Police in Nashua, including narcotics intelligence officers and members of the problem-oriented policing unit, arrested seven people on various drug charges Aug. 11

Arrested were:

Alexander Fair, 38, of no fixed address, on two counts of acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, fentanyl and crack cocaine, charges.

Michael Farrington, 39, of Temple Street in Nashua on three acts prohibited-sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and acts prohibited-sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges, all felonies.

Jane Kuban, 60, of no fixed address, on a felony acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug-meth charge.

Scott Martell, 56, of Chestnut Street in Nashua on a felony acts prohibited; possession of crack cocaine charge.

Barion Perry, 43, of no fixed address, on felony acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-methamphetamine charge.

Theresa Rodonis, 48, of Manchester Street in Nashua on a felony acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-amphetamines-meth charge.

Sean Seward, 43, no fixed address, on a felony acts prohibited-possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine charge.

Seward was held on $770 and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and arraigned Aug. 8.

Farrington was held and arraigned on Aug. 9.

Fair, Rodonis, and Martell were released on personal recognizance and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Sept. 7.

Perry was released on $100 cash bail and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Sept. 7.

Kuban was released on personal recognizance and is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South on Sept. 14.
