Weare Woman Indicted On Assault Charges After January Crash In Bedford: Court Roundup

Nashua man accused of strangulation in Amherst; Webster man indicted on Weare bombing, drug charges; man indicted on drug dealing charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.

Dale Stewart, 55, of Long Street in Webster on second-degree assault, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, two reckless conduct, two throwing or placing explosives, and two possession of an infernal machine charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs, and bombs, and discharging the bombs, on April 26 and April 27 on Sugar Hill Road in Weare. Karin Strandnes, 54, of Abijah Road in Weare on first-degree and second-degree assault charges, both felonies. She was accused of using a car as a deadly weapon and striking another person’s vehicle, causing injury, in Bedford on Jan. 21.

Adam Robert Swanson, 43, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-shotgun charge, a felony, on April 14 in Manchester.

Randy Torres Morales, 26, of Congress Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling another person in Amherst on April 11.

Jesse Vajgrt, 30, of West Mill Street in Hillsborough on reckless conduct and criminal mischief charges, both felonies. He was accused of colliding into another vehicle, a deadly weapon, in Weare on May 3, causing another person to be injured.

Nyah Ariel Velasquez, 20, of Pearl Street in Manchester on a felony conduct after an accident charge. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle on Laurel Street in Manchester and failing to stop after an accident on Nov. 20, 2022.

Marc Vilgrain, 31, of Cocheco Avenue in Rochester on possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of meth with intent to distribute, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing the gun on June 16, 2022, in Manchester and the drugs on Oct. 20, 2022, in Manchester.

Brent Whitmore, 21, of Heberton Avenue in Staten Island, New York, on two felony willful concealment charges. According to the indictment, he was accused of acting in concert with Naeshaun Kearse and stole more than $1,500 worth of merchandise from both Rite Aid on Wilton Road in Peterborough and CVS on Dublin Road in Peterborough, on May 1.

Stephanie Willis, 38, of Rumford Street in Concord on reckless conduct and motor vehicles; penalties charges, both felonies. She was accused of driving on Bridge Street in Manchester on April 28, crossing a double-yellow centerline, and colliding with an oncoming vehicle, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
