Alleged Armed Robber, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County
Plus, Chelmsford attorney indicted on witness tampering charge and alleged Nashua and Tyngsboro drug dealers and indicted on charges.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Francis Fabiano, 63, pictured upper left, of Cannogate Road in Nashua, on four counts of sale of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, subsequent, possession with intent to dispense-Oxycodone, and manufacturing a controlled drug-marijuana, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in May and June 2017, in Nashua.
Scott Farnsworth, 23, pictured lower left, of Ash Street in Nashua, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on June 15, 2017, in Nashua.

Toni Flaherty, 45, pictured lower middle, of Ash Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly on May 10, 2017, in Nashua. Steve Fleury, 37, pictured upper middle, of Central Street in Nashua, for habitual offender, possession of a narcotic drug-Burprenorphine-subsequent, falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Chandler Street in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, Fleury was convicted for possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North in February 2012.
Christopher Gagnon, 22, pictured upper right, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for armed robbery and felon in possession of a deadly weapon-knife, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention, after an alleged incident in Nashua on May 24, 2017.
John F. Gallant, 57, of Kastaki Place in Chelmsford, MA, for felony witness tampering. On May 24, 2017, in Nashua, Gallant, an attorney, allegedly attempted to induce another into withholding testimony by saying, “I spoke to the judge yesterday; he doesn’t want to hear this” and “can’t you just drop it,” or words to that effect.
Jose Gurley, 18, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on April 27, May 3, and May 17, 2017, in Nashua. Melanie Gurley, 46, of the same address, was also indicted on two counts.
Hector Gutierrez, 43, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine allegedly on Feb. 18, 2017, in Nashua.
Robert Hitchcock-Simpson, 28, of Palm Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on Feb. 19, March 1, and March 4, 2013, in Nashua.
Ethan Howard, 21, of Farwell Road in Tyngsboro, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to sell or dispense allegedly on May 30, 2017, in Hudson.
