Maine Woman Arrested For Burglary, Assault: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Lainey Minotti, 23, pictured, of Flynn’s Lane in South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 5:26 p.m. on July 17, 2017, for burglary, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal trespass. She was arrested on a warrant.

Jeffrey D. Coughlin, 33, of Hayes Park in Exeter, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on July 17, 2017, for sale of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested on a warrant.

Joseph Burdick, 27, of Noella Avenue in Coventry, RI, was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on July 16, 2017, for stalking and violation of a protective order. He was arrested on Lafayette Road.

Cashandra Weatherspoon, 20, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 1, 2017, for disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of alcohol, and driver’s license prohibitions. Police were sent to Market Street after an establishment requested assistance removing a person from the bar. Two people were barred from the location; Weatherspoon was arrested.

Darres Bruce, 51, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. on June 30, 2017, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers were sent to Weald Road for a report of a fight and screaming. The caller alleged that a man punched the caller earlier and they had him pinned down in back of the house. Police later arrested Bruce.

Jack W. Mackey, 22, of Alehson Street in Rye, was arrested at 12:13 a.m. on June 30, 2017, for unarmed robbery, disorderly conduct, and falsifying physical evidence. Also arrested was Paul Mackey, 62, of Alehson Street in Rye, for disorderly conduct. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Bow Street.

Sagina Siccone, 24, of I Street in Hampton, was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on June 26, 2017, for driving after revocation after a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 Bypass South and Greenleaf Avenue.
