Man From Georgia Faces Multiple DWI Charges: Portsmouth Police Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Luke A. Follansbee, 42, of West Elmhurst Avenue in Manchester on a warrant at 4:23 p.m. on Oct. 3 after an incident on Lafayette Road.

Lyndsay McCarthy, 30, of Canal Street in Farmington, Shelby J. Watson, 29, of Portland Street in Rochester, and Britny F. Adjutant, 32, of Ballards Ridge E Road in Wakefield were all arrested at 2:39 a.m. on Oct. 3 on warrants. All three were arrested on Rotary Circle.

Richard Guerrero, 26, of Wildrye Lane in Grayson, Georgia, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on Oct. 2 on aggravated driving while intoxicated, two counts of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, operating without a valid license, driving after suspension, transporting alcoholic beverages, and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions charges. Police received a report of a man stumbling inside a business and the caller was concerned he might be driving. A description was given of the man and officers found the man in a truck on Lafayette Road. The man was given field sobriety tests and he was arrested.

Tracy M. Heiseler, 61, of Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth was arrested at 10:23 a.m. Oct. 2 on a bench warrant.

Thomas E. McEneany, 35, of Martison Lane in Allenstown was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on Sept. 21 on driving after revocation or suspension, driving after suspension-alcohol related, unregistered vehicle, and misuse or failure to display plates charges. He was arrested by Nashua police on the Portsmouth warrant.

Jayme Elizabeth Hope, 41, of South Street in Portsmouth was cited at 4:52 p.m. on Sept. 20 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge on Woodbury Avenue.

Emmanuel George Pitsiladis, 40, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on Sept. 20 on theft from a building and default or breach of bail conditions charges. He was arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office on a Portsmouth warrant.
