Massachusetts, Portsmouth Men Arrested for DWI: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Renell Gagnon, 34, of Leonard Street in Rochester, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on June 15, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop at Maplewood Avenue in Northwest Street.

Jessica C. Evans, 31, of South Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. on June 15, 2016, for possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and a bench warrant. She was arrested on Market Street after a traffic stop.

Jacob D. O’Connell, 23, of Norton Street in South Berwick, ME, was arrested at 7:28 p.m. on June 16, 2016, on a warrant. She was arrested on Pleasant Street after police were sent to the street after a caller overheard some kids saying that they needed to get off the street so that police don’t see themselves. Police went to the scene and found out that O’Connell had a warrant from the Somersworth Police.

Guy Meade, 25, of Hampden Street in Chicopee, MA, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs or liquor at 10:44 p.m. on June 16, 2016. Police were sent to the parking lot on Woodbury Avenue where a man was reportedly passed out in a car. The man was transported to the emergency room due to the alleged “level of intoxication.”

Christopher Smith, 44, of an unknown address, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. on June 17, 2016, for duty to report and violation or probation and parole. He turned himself in on warrants.

A 17-year-old was arrested for unlawful possession of alcohol and a 16-year-old was arrested for transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle at 11:14 p.m. on June 17, 2016. They were arrested on Lafayette Road.

Christopher Setian, 26, of a Woodbury Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on June 18, 2016, for driving while intoxicated after a truck drove into a utility pole on State Street. He was not injured in the crash.

Paul Pridgeon, 57, of Broad Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 6:19 p.m. on May 13, 2016, for driving while intoxicated and disobeying an officer after a traffic stop on Harding Road. He was given a field sobriety test and then arrested.

Kelly D. Clark, 47 of Culver Street in Fort Edward, NY, was arrested as a fugitive from justice at 10:48 a.m. on May 14, 2016. Police were sent to Mechanic Street for a report of a man and woman in a white car with New York plates “running up and down, screaming and yelling at each other.” Police arrived and found out that the woman was a missing person and a fugitive, and she was arrested and held at the Rockingham County Jail.

Austin C. Fisk, 24, of Taft Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 4:23 p.m. on May 14, 2016, for illegal possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and a bench warrant. He was arrested at home and held.

Brienne Morrison, 39, of 34th Avenue in Cape Coral, FL, was arrested at 6:24 p.m. on May 14, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. She was arrested on Airline Avenue.
