Portsmouth Man Arrested On Criminal Mischief, Theft Charges: Cop Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Chelsea M. Glover, 30, of Willand Drive in Somersworth was arrested on a bench warrant at 7:21 p.m. on Feb. 7, 2023. She was arrested after police were sent to Middle Street for a report of two people who had been trespassed from the property. Glover had an active electronic bench warrant and was arrested.

Michael Troy Anderson, 27, of Caincrest Road in York, Maine, was arrested at 3:32 p.m. on Feb. 7 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested on Court Street.

Sarah Elizabeth Chouinard, 29, of Elizabeth Drive in Boscawen was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Feb. 5 on driving while intoxicated and DWI-second offense charges as well as a yellow line violation. Police made a stop on Junkins Avenue and after field sobriety tests, arrested Chouinard.

Christopher James McLean, 21, of Belmont Circle in Hampton was arrested at 4:32 a.m. on Jan. 29 on two driving while intoxicated charges and a single transporting alcoholic beverages charge. Police checked an occupied vehicle on Lafayette Road. After field sobriety tests, McLean was arrested.

Alexander P. Devine, 29, of High Street in Hampton was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge at 10:55 p.m. on Jan. 28. At the intersection of Union and South streets, a vehicle was stopped. After field sobriety tests, Devine was arrested.

Jeffrey C. Waterhouse, 49, of Marjorie Street in Portsmouth was arrested on a warrant at 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 28 as well as two criminal mischief-domestic violence and three theft charges. He was arrested in Dover on the Portsmouth warrant.

Kayla Ann Poste, 30, of Hemlock Street in Exeter was arrested at 7:12 p.m. on Jan. 28 on driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, stalking, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. A report was taken about a possible impaired driver on Route 1. The vehicle came back to a 2016 Toyota Tundra truck. Police also noted that the woman was arrested in Hampton on a drunken driving charge three weeks before. The woman also had an active protective order against her, police said. The vehicle was stopped at Ocean Road and Suzanne Drive. After field sobriety tests, Poste was arrested.
