Portsmouth Man Indicted On 7 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: County Superior Court

Stratford man indicted on drug dealing charges; woman accused of attempting to hide crack inside herself; FL, NY men face ID fraud charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Cody Mosher, 28, of River Road in North Anson, Maine, on possession of cocaine and possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute. He was accused of possessing the cocaine on Nov. 10 in Greenland. In the drug dealing case, the indictment accused him of working in concert with Kyle Lloyd and Dakota Merrill on the same date and location.

Jeffrey Renaud, 55, of Route 3 in Stratford on two sale of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, methamphetamine and cocaine; six possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, methylendioxymethamphetamine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, LSD, ketamine, and clonazepam; and possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-subsequent charges, meth and cocaine; all felonies in Epping on July 6. Previously, he was convicted on drug charges several time in Hillsborough County and Chittenden County District Court in Vermont between 2005 and 2018.

Jacqueline Rosado, 44, of Debbie Lane in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of crack cocaine and attempted falsifying physical evidence charges. On May 10 in Salem, she was accused of attempting to conceal a baggie of crack inside herself.

David Lopez Santos, 34, of 72nd Avenue in Miami, Florida, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another in Londonderry on Feb. 10, 2017, by using a Bank of America debit card to purchase a gift card from Walmart.

Andrew D. Scheiner, 40, of Main Avenue in South Hampton on an extended term of imprisonment-simple assault charge. He was accused of punching a Brentwood police officer in the head on Sept. 5 in Epping.

Sharif Rasheed Shaw, 31, of Wilcox Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on a felony identity fraud charge. He was accused of posing as another in Londonderry on March 20, 2017, by using a Bank of America debit card to purchase a gift card from Apple.

Brandon Siegel, 23, of South Street in Portsmouth on seven felony possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing videos on an iPhone in Portsmouth on Nov. 20, 2020.

Andrew Small, 39, of Langdon Street in Plymouth on receiving stolen property and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused of attempting to cash a TD Bank check that was not authorized by the account holder, Poles Automotive Service Center, in Londonderry on July 16, 2021.

Doreen Smith, 45, of Calef Highway in Brentwood on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of removing money from another person’s wallet on Dec. 25, 2021, in Epping.

Joshua A. Somma, 27, of Hooke Road in Fremont on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of driving on Route 125 in Plaistow on July 1 while intoxicated, causing a motor vehicle collision and bodily injury to another person, including leg, pelvic, and spinal fractures.
