Felons Indicted On Weapon, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Goffstown felon faces drug dealing charges; Manchester man accused of arson, threat charges; Hudson man accused of assaulting a child.

MANCHESTER, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Raymond Moore, 40, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening another person with a knife on July 10 in Manchester.
Jacob Morrissette, 24, of Washington Drive in Washington on a pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drugs and a dagger on Dec. 28, 2021, in Hillsboro. Morrissette is a felon due to a conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in April 2019.

Rafael Mortan, 40, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on second-degree assault, receiving stolen property, burglary, possession of amphetamine-dextraoamphetamine, and possession of clonazepam charges, all felonies. He was accused of burglarizing a building in Manchester, retaining a 2013 Dodge Dart owned by another person, and assaulting a child on Aug. 13.
Edgardo Pacheco, 35, of Second Street in Manchester on pistols & revolver; convicted felons, criminal threatening, and arson charges, all felonies. He was accused of setting fire to an apartment on Second Street in Manchester on Aug. 8, possessing a machete, and threatening another with it by swinging it. Pacheco is a felon due to a conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June 2015.

Robert Philbrick, 23, of Hanover Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, and criminal threatening charges, all felonies. He was accused of lunging and slashing at two people with a large knife on Aug. 14 in Manchester. Philbrick is a felon due to a second-degree assault-deadly weapon conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court in December 2019.
Brent Prescott, 64, of Concord Stage Road in Weare on controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, charges and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, on June 10 in Weare.
Jeffrey Renaud, 55, of Route 3 in Stratford on sale of cocaine-subsequent and two counts of sale of meth-subsequent, all felonies, on May 10 and June 22 in Manchester.
Jeremy Richer, 39, of Black Brook Road in Goffstown on possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges, all felonies. The drug dealing charges reportedly occurred on March 18, 2021, in Manchester, while the weapon charge was connected to an incident in Bedford on July 8.
Omar Roberts, 45, of Belmont Street in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner on March 15 in Manchester.
William Santana, 36, of Forest Road in Hudson on two second-degree assault charges. He was accused of grabbing a child by the neck and arms and causing bruising on Feb. 1 in Manchester.
