Portsmouth Man Indicted On Attempted Murder Charge: Court Roundup

Salem man indicted on attempted sexual assault of a child charge; Maine residents indicted on drug charges; accused Derry burglary indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Michael Andrew Matteuzzi, 38, pictured center, of Oakhill Road in Weare, on armed career criminal, felon in possession of a deadly weapon, operation after certification as a habitual offender, possession of controlled drugs-fentanyl with intent to sell-conspiracy, and tampering with witnesses and informants charges, all felonies. The charges stem from an incident in Salem on June 18, where he's accused of being in possession of a firearm after previously being convicted of three drug felonies in New Hampshire (controlled drug act charges once in September 2017 in Merrimack Superior Court and twice in January 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court). The drug dealing charge reportedly also involved Shannon McKinney and Kelly Katie. They are accused of transporting fentanyl from Massachusetts to New Hampshire. While being booked by police, he is accused of saying to McKinney, "Don't say anything. I will take everything, it's all on me."

Aaron J. Mbarini, 22, homeless in Derry, on felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. On June 21 and June 27, he's accused of damaging an electronics case security lock, stealing Beats headphones and Apple Airpods, and burglarizing at Walmart in Derry.

Shannon M. McKinney, 36, homeless in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl charges, all felonies. McKinney is accused of inserting fentanyl in her vagina on June 18 in Salem in order to impair an investigation. On June 19, she's accused of concealing fentanyl while in the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood.

Aaron F. Miller, 29, of Wood Lane in Brooks, Maine, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine charge on June 23, 2018, in Greenland.

Vincent Morin, 50, of Noyes Road in Londonderry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge on June 13 in Londonderry.

Lynn A. O'Brien, 47, of River Road in Sanford, ME, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charges, both felonies, on May 29 in Greenland.

Charles Paul, 53, left, of Portsmouth, on a felony attempted murder charge. He's accused of stabbing another person in the neck multiple times on Feb. 7 in Northwood.

Coutney A. Perri, 34, of Barbara Avenue in Salem, on an attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. Between January and May, in Salem, he is accused of asking a girl under 13 if he could touch her.

Michael John Perry, 57, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, cocaine, on Oct. 1, 2018, in Derry.

Trevor Phillips, 27, right, formerly of Pine Street in Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug-fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell, and three sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl charges on between May 9 and June 26.

Megan Pistorino, 37, of North End Boulevard in Salisbury, Massachusetts, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender charge on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton on May 10.
