Portsmouth Police Log: Man Arrested on Numerous Forgery Counts
Plus, Dover and Hampton men charged with theft.

Timothy S. Pettis, 26, of Atkinson Street in Dover, was arrested at 11:22 a.m. on Oct. 5, on two counts of theft by deception. He turned himself in to police.

Stephen Spring, 28, of Acadia Avenue in Hampton, was arrested at 12:23 p.m. on Oct. 5, on a theft by deception charge. He was arrested in Nashua.

Melissa Sygowski, 33, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 5, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. She was arrested after a traffic stop on Lafayette Road.
Steven B. Morin, 48, unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 9:52 a.m. on Oct. 6, on four counts of forgery. Also arrested was Josiah L. Davies, 25, of Polly Ann Park in Dover, for four counts of criminal liability for conduct of another. They were arrested by other agencies.
