Portsmouth Woman Indicted For Allegedly Pointing Shotgun At Man: Court

Plus, Sandown woman indicted for second degree assault, Maine man indicted on drug charges, and Concord man indicted on theft charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Bonnie Mack, 49, of Main Street in Sandown, on two counts of second-degree assault, reckless conduct, and conduct after an accident, all felonies as well as resisting arrest or detention and driving after revocation. On Nov. 17, 2016, in Hampstead, she allegedly struck another woman with her Acura while driving with her lights off, failed to stop for police, and while not being licensed to drive.

Trevor MacKenzie, 26, of Belle Marsh Road in South Berwick, ME, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent, both felonies, as well as three counts of false reports to law enforcement. On Jan. 19, 2017, in Portsmouth, he was reportedly stopped by state troopers.

Keegan Macrae, 22, of Merrill Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On Jan. 29, and Feb. 1, 2017, he alleged stole items from Walmart in Plaistow. Twice before, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft. Carly Marshall, 26, of Cimarron Drive in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on March 12, 2017, in Derry.

Justin Martin, 30, of Croteau Court in Manchester, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, heroin and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On Feb. 17, 2017, in Windham, he allegedly attempted to swallow the heroin.

Lihennays Martin, 19, of Briar Grove in Tampa, for attempted theft by unauthorized taking and forgery, both felonies. On Jan. 19, 2017, Martin allegedly presented a check valued at more than $1,500 to Santander Bank from Caravan Motors Corporation.

Ashley Mason, 28, of Matthias Street in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol allegedly on Oct. 9, 2016, in Chester.

Kyle A. Matey, 19, with a last known address of Haverhill Road in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-heroin and resisting arrest or detention allegedly on March 20, 2017, in Derry.

Ryan Mathews, 30, of North Road in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine and delivery of articles prohibited-Buprenorphine, both felonies, allegedly at the Rockingham County House of Corrections in Brentwood on March 7, 2017.

Nicole Matusewic, 30, of Union Street in Portsmouth, for criminal threatening and reckless conduct, both felonies. On Jan. 16, 2017, in Portsmouth, she allegedly pointed a loaded shotgun at another person.

Cara Maurice, 47, of Roy Street in Raymond, for felony criminal mischief as well as four counts of simple assault. On Nov. 9, 2017, Maurice allegedly keyed a 2016 Toyota Corolla and punched another person and grabbed their hair.

David McCumber, 32, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony burglary allegedly on Beaver Lake Avenue in Derry on Oct. 14, 2017.

Craig D. McGee, 28, with a last known address of Thompson Street in Concord, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 11, 2016, allegedly in concert with Emily Morin, he allegedly took control of a lawnmower, a motor vehicle, and a television on Deerhill Road in Brentwood.
