Roommate Allegedly Throwing Things Around Arrested: Log

PORSTMOUTH, NH - Adam R. Carlin, 23, of Stark Highway North in Dunbarton, was arrested a 7:37 a.m. on Feb. 25, 2016, on two counts of criminal mischief, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, four counts of arson, and eight counts of criminal liability for the conduct of another. He was arrested on a warrant.

Tonia C. Perrin, 51, of Mackerel Avenue in Portsmouth, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2016, on two counts of domestic assault-simple assault and default or breach of bail conditions. Police were sent to the home for a report of a roommate who was intoxicated and being unruly, according to a report. “(The) female is throwing everything all over the house,” according to an arrest report.

Kerri Deschaine, 36, of Princeton Boulevard in Lowell, MA, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. on Feb. 28, 2016, for domestic violence-simple assault. Police were sent to the intersection of Market Square and Congress Street for a man and woman fighting with the male reporting pushing the female. The caller, however, could not give any information. An officer reported hearing a bunch of yelling from the area of Fat Bellies but couldn’t find anything. Police later took the man into protective custody for being intoxicated and arrested Deschaine for assault.

Michael DiStefano, 30, of Spaulding Street in Nashua, was arrested at 3:04 p.m. on March 1, 2016, for violation of probation or parole. He was arrested on International Drive.

Scott Knowles, 20, of Lower Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested at 6:14 p.m. on March 3, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested by Hampton Police on a warrant.

Pamela Troy, 62, of Beechstone Apartments in Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on March 3, 2016, on a warrant. She was arrested on a warrant.

Justin Pare, 27, of Martha’s Way in Dover, was arrested at 8:19 p.m. on March 3, 2016, on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested on a warrant.

Wayne J. Belhumeur, 53, of Lexington Street in Dover, was arrested for violation of probation or parole. Police were sent to Central Avenue for a report of an intoxicated man in a private yard and then, walking around the neighborhood. The man was wanted on a Strafford County warrant and was arrested.
