Massachusetts Man Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: County Court
Elderly Greenville man faces gun threat charge; NJ man accused in grandchild in jail scam; Pelham man indicted on a strangulation charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Brandon Maloney, 23, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 7 in Nashua.
Joshmar Mendez, 24, of Empire Street in Lynn, Massachusetts, on two felony sale of controlled drug charges, tramadol, para-fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, and crack cocaine on March 22 in Nashua.

Derick Moncion, 20, of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge-marijuana on March 4.
Kevin Morris, 21, of Countryside Drive in Brookline on a felony interference with custody charge. He was accused of knowingly taking away from the state of New Hampshire and a mother a child on Feb. 25 in Merrimack.

Alan Nesbit, 73, of Adams Street in Greenville on a felony criminal threatening charge. He was accused of threatening to shoot another person, with a loaded gun, on Feb. 26 in Greenville.
Sadie Newcomb, 31, of Main Street in Antrim on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charge on Jan. 26 in Merrimack.
Obiora Okoye, 39, of Drummer Road in Pelham on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Feb. 23 in Pelham.
Felipe Olinger, 36, of Ledgewood Hills Drive in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining money from a person in Nashua and promising to remodel a home in New Durham between May 21 and Aug. 20, 2018.
Elvis Guzman, 44, of Sassafras Street in Paterson, New Jersey, on theft by deception and conspiracy to commit theft by deception charges, both felonies, in a grandchild in jail scam. He was accused of acting in concert with Starlyn Lara Pimental and others unknown to steal $18,000 from an elderly Nashua man and attempted to exhort $36,000 on a bail scheme from a Merrimack man between Oct. 29, and Oct. 30, 2020. Valerie Hicks, 31, of Bridge Street in Nashua on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on March 13 in Nashua.
Thabiti Unika Hill, 44, of Academy Street in Rochester on a possession of buprenorphine with intent to distribute charge on April 5 in Hudson.
Melinda Hutchinson, 30, of no fixed address in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Feb. 25 in Nashua.
Manuel Jones, 24, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 26 in Nashua.
Matthew Lambert, 47, of Bowman Street in Manchester on a felony habitual offender charge on Continental Boulevard in Merrimack on March 15.
Nicholas Lavoie, 39, of South Street in Milford on a felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Milford on March 20.
