2 Indicted On Reckless Conduct Charges: Merrimack County Court
Plus: Franklin man indicted on shotgun threat case; Webster man indicted on a burglary charge in Concord; drug indictments; more.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Deven Bain, 25, of Prospect Street in Franklin on conspiracy: first-degree assault with a firearm and conspiracy: criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of being the driver of a car where another person pointed a 12-gauge shotgun at another person on May 17 in Franklin.
Joseph Quinn, 44, of Merrimack Street in Manchester on a felony acts prohibited-possession of drug charge on May 6 in Hooksett.

Jason E. Benoit, 43, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on possession of LSD, methamphetamine, buprenorphine, and MDMA charges and a felon in possession charge all felonies. He was accused of being in possession of a loaded Smith & Wesson .38 revolver as well as the drugs on May 25 in Bow. Benoit is a felon due to a drug dealing conviction out of Merrimack County Superior Court in January 2020.
Joseph Donisi, 43, of Franklin Pierce Drive in Webster on a felony burglary and criminal trespass charges. He was accused of burglarizing Schnitzers on Sandquist Street in Concord on June 12.

Jennifer Bonner, 41, of Rumford Street in Concord on a felony self-defense weapon; possession by felon charge. On June 2, she was accused of being in possession of a Taser while in an apartment on Garvins Falls Road. At the time, the court noted, Bonner was a felon out on parole after being convicted on an overdose death sale charge.
Ryan Appel-Sullivan, 33, of Water Street in Exeter on a felony organized retail crime enterprise charge. He was accused of acting as a lookout for others after baby formula was stolen from Hannaford in Hooksett on April 1, 2019.
Tara Zebrowski, 34, of Highland Street in Suncook on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge in Hooksett on Dec. 16, 2019.
James E. Pechacek, 29, of Dover Road in Epsom on two controlled drug-act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine and methamphetamine charges and three pistols & revolvers; convicted felons, all felonies. He was accused of possessing drugs and knives in Franklin on Jan. 22.
Mandy Savage, 36, of Sargent Place in Gilford on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Feb. 19 in Franklin.
Tyler Meadows, 31, of Dudley Hill Road in Pembroke on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of driving around 90 mph on Hooksett Road in Hooksett placing others in danger on Feb. 22.
Dorothy C. Williams, 59, of Dover on a felony title fraud-false address charge on Aug. 16, 2019, in Concord.
Elvis Guzman, 44, of Sassafras Street in Paterson, New Jersey, on two felony theft by deception charges. He was accused of working with others to steal $27,000 from an elderly residents in Concord and Salisbury.
Chesley Wohner, 49, of Lincoln Street in Manchester on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving around 80 mph on Mammoth Road in Hooksett while placing others in danger on Sept. 19, 2020.
