Teens Arrested on Drug, Restraining Order Charges: Log

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Hector D. Colon, 33, of Spring Street in New Haven, CT, was arrested at 1:33 p.m. on June 7, 2016, for operating without a valid license.

Dean A. Landry Sr., 60, of an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on June 7, 2016, on a bench warrant out of Dover District Court. He was arrested on Rock Street after police were sent to remove two men from a garden.

Steven Keohane, 44, of Moulton Road in Hampton, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on June 8, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested on State Street after police were speaking with a witness in a stalking case.

Todd Ramsey, 34, of High Ridge Drive in Dover, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on June 9, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration. He was arrested on Borthwick Avenue after a motor vehicle stop.

Christopher Stutts, 34, of Merrimac Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on June 11, 2016, on three counts of domestic violence. He was arrested on Merrimac Street after a domestic dispute in the home, according to police.

Danny L. Sage, 24, with an unknown address in Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on May 24, 2016, for stalking and default or breach of bail conditions. Numerous cruisers were sent to Parrott Avenue for a report of a domestic dispute. Sage was later arrested.

Tyler A. Welch, 19, of Bartlett Street in Portsmouth, was arrested on a violation of a protective order charge at 4:18 p.m. on May 24, 2016. He was arrested on a warrant.

Cathy L. Dunlap, 51, of Main Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 8:07 a.m. on May 23, 2016, on two counts of issuing bad checks. She was arrested on the Route 1 Bypass Southbound after a traffic stop.

Luis Feliz, 31, of High Street in Somersworth, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on May 23, 2016, for two counts of theft and two counts of false inspection or registration sticker. He was arrested on a Rochester Police Department warrant.

Robert Harwood, 19, of Pages Lane in Seabrook, was arrested at 10:01 a.m. on May 23, 2016, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was arrested at the intersection of Islington and Langdon streets.

Robert H. Loch, 43, of Tanner Street in Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on May 23, 2016, for conduct after an accident. He was arrested on a warrant.

John Healey, 25, of Wakefield Road in Sanbornville, was arrested at 4:01 p.m. on May 23, 2016, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested on a 12-hour domestic warrant.

Dianne S. Ralph, 58, of an unknown address, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on May 23, 2016, for criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested on Gosling Road.
