Alleged Dover Drug Dealer Arrested: Sheriffs

Plus, Manchester residents arrested on heroin charges and alleged Nottingham fraudster also charged.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham Sheriff’s Department.

Randell K. Peters, 25, of Maple Street in Dover, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of two counts of sale of heroin charges.

Kimberly A. Cellura, 27, of Joliette Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a prob hearing for heroin possession.

Jason J. Fuller, 34, of Silver Street in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 20, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment of a sale of heroin charge.

Timothy Poulin, 32, a homeless man now located in Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a heroin possession charge.

Timothy R. Breau, 34, of Michela Way in Nottingham, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a prob hearing on a credit card fraud charge.

Wesley Oates, 20, of Main Street in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2016, for controlled drug-possession of marijuana.

Nichole L. Wentworth, 34, of Epping, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP, new hope, on a heroin possession charge.
