Alleged Teen Burglary, Others Indicted In Rockingham County
Plus, an alleged Sandown drug dealer, Nashua and Laconia men allegedly possessing, and an alleged forger, also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in April in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Jordan Robbins, 31, of Rose Avenue in Plaistow, for accomplice burglary and two counts of attempted burglary, all felonies, as well as accomplice criminal mischief and accomplice theft by unauthorized taking. On May 15, 2015, in Salem, Robbins allegedly worked in concert with another party to enter model manufacturing homes damaging a window, walls, and screens in the units.
Robert Robbins, 35, of Doe Avenue in Laconia, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent as well as two counts of dealing in or possessing prescription drugs-Sulfamethoxazole, Gabapentin allegedly on Dec. 20, 2016, in Hampton.

Matthew Rodriguez, 41, of South Main Street in Franklin, for felony habitual offender and driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent allegedly on Dec. 18, 2016, on I-93 in Windham.
Michael Roig, 32, pictured upper left, of Bowers Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Oct. 21, 2016, in Salem.
Alexander Ruggiero, 32, pictured lower left, of Morrison Lane in Sandown, on four counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, Alprazolam, fentanyl, Zolpidem with intent to distribute allegedly on Jan. 8, 2017, in Salem.
Yunior Salas Herrera, 29, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for conspiracy forgery, three counts of accomplice forgery, conspiracy theft by deception, and three counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in January 2017, in Salem, reportedly working in concert with Shakira Candelaria and Anielo Acosta Suri in cashing stolen checks.
Darrell Scott, 32, of South Road in Deerfield, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and display of a counterfeit license plate allegedly on July 29, 2016, in Deerfield.
Darrell Self, 42, of Main Street in Springfield, MA, for falsifying physical evidence and possession of a controlled drug-heroin with intent to distribute, both felonies, as well as resisting arrest or detention and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Jan. 23, 2017, in Portsmouth.
