Derry Man Indicted On Knife Threat Charges Against Juveniles: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Kingston man indicted on 4th DUI charge; thieves indicted on new charges; Londonderry man indicted on child sexual abuse image charges.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Timothy James Giorgi, 29, of Main Street in Kingston, on operating after being certified as a habitual offender and driving/operation under the influence of drugs/liquor-fourth offense. He was accused of driving under the influence on Main Street in Kingston on March 14 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.

Joseph Anthony Gomes, 37, of Diniz Drive in Raynham, Massachusetts, on two reckless conduct with a deadly weapon and two second-degree assault-strangulation charges, both felonies, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, driving under the influence-second offense, and five simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling another person and grabbing the steering wheel of a vehicle while they were driving on Sept. 21, 2025, in Atkinson and Plaistow. He was also accused of driving while intoxicated and at about 70 miles per hour in a 35-mph zone and residential area in Atkinson. Gomes was convicted of OUI in Roxbury MA District Court in February 2022.

Christopher Michael Grant, 40, of East Milan Road in Berlin, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell-fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine, on March 10 in North Hampton.

Andrew Joseph Gray, 31, of New Haven Drive in Nashua, on an attempted burglary charge, a felony. He was accused of attempting to manipulate the doorknob and/or keypad of a dwelling on Ocean Drive in Hampton on Dec. 22, 2025.

Adam Scott Green, 30, of Alyssa Drive in Groveland, MA, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from Dick's Sporting Goods in Newington on March 12.

John Joseph Haley, 45, of Elm Street in Derry, on a felony count of criminal threatening. He was accused of placing a group of juveniles in Derry in fear of injury on April 11 by pointing a knife while saying, "Get out of this town," or words to that effect.

Jonathan Daniel Hankins, 32, of Winding Pond Road in Londonderry, on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing .mp4s on March 19 in Londonderry.

Harold Stephen Peter Kemp, 53, of Raiders Lane in Raymond, on two felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charges. He was accused of driving on Route 101 in Candia on Jan. 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV. After being released on bail by Candia District Court, he was accused of driving again on Harriman Hill Road in Raymond on Feb. 14.

Tammy Lee Kendrick, 51, of Winter Street in Framingham, MA, on a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking. She was accused of stealing groceries from Market Basket in Salem on Aug. 22, 2025. Twice before, according to the indictment, Kendrick was convicted on two theft charges.

Vicki Jo Knowles, 43, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony count of attempted theft by deception. She was accused of attempting to present stolen credit and debit cards at Walmart in Newington for purchases on Oct. 23, 2025. Previously, according to the indictment, Knowles has been convicted on theft twice before.

Camden Lashua, 19, of Berkshire Street in Fitchburg, MA, on a felony robbery count. He was accused of using pepper spray on another person while committing a theft against them in Salem on Feb. 20.
