Lawrence Man Indicted On Police Officer Assault Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Seabrook teen, Exeter man indicted on strangulation charges; Northwood woman accused of stealing cash from dentistry; and theft indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the individuals listed below.

Ryan Daniel Ingram, 33, of Settlers Lane in Derry, on a felony count of possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl in Derry on March 15.

Andy Jn Louis, 28, of Merrimack Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on speeding, disobeying an officer, resisting arrest or detention, and two simple assault-extended term charges. He struck two Salem police officers during a traffic stop on Jan. 6 after driving on South Broadway Street at 48 mph in a 30 mph zone, where he refused to provide his name and/or birth date, according to the indictments.

Kathleen M. Knowles, 65, of Bigs Lane in Seabrook, on a felony count of sale of crack cocaine to a confidential source working with the Seabrook police on Nov. 11, 2022.

Vicki Jo Knowles, 43, of Collins Street in Seabrook, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing merchandise at Barnes and Noble in Seabrook on March 20. Previously, according to the indictment, Knowles was convicted of theft.

Ronald David Koney Jr., 19, of A Street in Seabrook, on a felony count of second-degree assault-strangulation-domestic violence, as well as stalking-domestic violence, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was accused of strangling, assaulting, and threatening to kill an intimate partner on Feb. 19 in Seabrook.

Jeremy Alfredo Lake, 47, of Reagan Drive in Rochester, on a felon in possession of a deadly weapon-a knife and escape charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the weapon and removing his GPS ankle monitoring device on Feb. 24 in Fremont. Lake is a felon due to an aggravated assault against a PB servant-felony, first-degree conviction in the 94th District Court of Canton, Texas.

Steven Derek Lynch, 37, a homeless man now located in Londonderry, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He was accused of removing jewelry, games, gaming cards, and sports memorabilia, valued at more than $1,500, from a Prime Storage unit in Derry on June 17, 2024.

Bebsain Linares Maldonado, 18, of an unknown address, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. He worked in concert with Alejandro Jose Peraza and/or an unidentified woman to steal more than $1,500 in items from Ulta Beauty in Newington on Jan. 29, according to the indictment.

Kimberly Marsters, 57, of High Street in Candia, on three felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking and a tamper with public/private records charges. Between Jan. 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025, she stole more than $1,500 in cash from Meyer Family Dentistry in Northwood and affiliated entities, doctored her work hours, and increased her pay rate, and issued herself a weekly childcare stipend, according to the indictments. Marsters was also accused of concealing or destroying timekeeping and payroll records.

Philip Gage McSherry, 41, of Front Street in Exeter, on two felony counts of domestic violence-second-degree assault-strangulation charges. He was accused of strangling an intimate partner in Exeter on Feb. 17.
