Man Indicted On Gun Threat Charge, Accused Of Saying, ‘Mine’s Bigger’: Rockingham County Superior Court

Plus: Exeter man faces strangulation indictment; Mass. man accused of spitting at Seabrook cops, attempting to grab rifle; drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the people listed below.

George Fales IV, 42, of Exeter, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony count of second-degree assault-domestic violence. He was accused of strangling a family or household member on July 4 in Exeter.

Gary Federico, 30, of Beech Street in Manchester, on a felony count of reckless conduct-deadly weapon. He was accused of firing a gun inside or directly adjacent to an occupied car in Derry on Sept. 6, 2020.

Kathleen Mary Feeney, 46, of Sylvain Street in Rochester, on two felony counts of reckless conduct. She was accused of driving dangerously at a high rate of speed while making unsafe lane changes, driving in the breakdown lane, and striking another vehicle in Hampton on June 11.

Shawn Michael Finocchiaro, 44, of Walnut Street in Peabody, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking committed while released on bail charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Home Depot in Plaistow on March 23. Previously, according to the indictment, Finocchiaro has been convicted twice on theft charges. At the time of the incident, he was out on bail after being processed in Salem District Court.

Anthony Guerra, 37, of Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell, MA, on possession of child sexual abuse images and manufacture of child sexual abuse images charges, both felonies. He was accused of directing a girl to take a shower so he could record her with a cell phone and possessing that video on his cell phone between Jan. 1 and Sept. 19, 2025, in Derry.

Richard Joseph Horton, 21, of Freetown Road in Raymond, on a felony count of second-degree assault and criminal mischief and two simple assault charges. He was accused of punching a man in the face and fracturing his mandible on April 19 in Epping. Horton was also accused of punching holes in the walls of Juliano's Pools in Epping on April 19, punching a man in the face, and throwing a banana at a woman.

Matthew W. Hutton Jr., 22, of Fox Street in Fitchburg, MA, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking-firearm, criminal mischief, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies, as well as three simple assault-extended term charges. He was accused of kicking and/or spitting at Seabrook police officers, spitting on another police officer, kicking at and/or pulling a Watchguard camera system from inside a police cruiser, swallowing a bag of cocaine, and attempting to remove a rifle from its safety mount inside a police cruiser on May 27, according to the indictments.

Anthony Alan Moccia, 46, of Derry Way in Derry, on a felony count of possession of fentanyl on Oct. 12, 2025, in Derry.

Jeffrey Guillermo Montero, 32, of Washington Street in Lawrence, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check drawn on the account of Community Teamwork Section 8 with Enterprise Bank and Trust for $1,901 on Nov. 19, 2025, in Londonderry.

Samuel Melvin Montoya, 64, of Perkins Avenue in Seabrook, on a felony count of driving while being certified as a habitual offender committed while on release. He was accused of driving on Route 125 in Kingston on May 26 after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV and being released on bail from the Rockingham County Superior Court.

Margaret Mary Ogden, 46, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, on possession of amphetamine and possession of alprazolam charges, both felonies, on Aug. 17, 2025, in Greenland.

Joshua Charak Ornsteen, 35, of Tokanel Drive in Londonderry, on a felony count of criminal threatening. He was accused of taking out a firearm, orienting it in the direction of another, and saying, something to the effect of, "mine's bigger," this coming on the same day he had threatened the person, on Oct. 31, 2025, in Salem, according to the indictment.
