Queen City Man Indicted On Stabbing, Robbery, And Threat Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Exeter woman indicted on art theft charge; Portsmouth man accused of threatening a witness; Londonderry, Salem drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A Rockingham County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Kimberly L. Canfield, 50, of High Street in Exeter on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing artwork from another person, leaving the state, and selling them between July 1 and Aug. 31, 2021.
Nicholas Gaspar Cappello, 33, of Sherburne Road in Portsmouth on a felony count of witness tampering and criminal threatening, criminal trespass, and two domestic violence charges, all misdemeanors. He was accused of attempting to get a woman to withhold information about an investigation into an assault and threat case on July 14, 2023, in Portsmouth, by saying, “If my life is going to be burnt to the ground, I’m going to take you with me,” or words to that effect. The indictment also alleged he lunged at the victim and assaulted them while saying he was “trying to decide if (he) should actually do what (he) came here to do and that is to f----- murder you.”

Travis Webb Carter, 30, of Newton Road in Plaistow on five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images charges. He was accused of possessing .jpgs and .mp4s on June 23, 2023, in Plaistow.
Kushmir Chaney, 47, of Silver Street in Manchester on first-degree assault, robbery, and criminal threatening charges, all felonies, as well as a misdemeanor simple assault charge. He acted in concert with Holly Crawford to strike a woman in the head during a theft with a knife and-or hammer, according to an indictment, in Londonderry on Sept. 23, 2023.

Patrick Kevin Conway Jr., 42, of Highland Street in Rochester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Newington on Oct. 4, 2023, after being convicted twice before of theft.
Nicholas B. Corbin, 39, of Pine Street in Seabrook on a felony count of criminal mischief and two misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. He worked in concert with Tyler McAniff and Thaddeus Zaldo to scratch the hood of a vehicle and damaging a front door and a side entrance door, according to an indictment, in Newmarket on July 15, 2022.
David Burton Gile, 39, of Whittemore Road in Londonderry on a felony possession of fentanyl and-or xylazine charge on Sept. 26, 2023, in Salem.
Belter N. Giron, 27, of Hudson Street in Providence, Rhode Island, on conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, and four conspiracy to commit theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. He agreed with Richard Robinson, Kuron Mitchell, and Alberto Rivera to burglarize DC Motors in Hampstead to steal a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, a 2014 Dodge Charter, and a 2021 Polaris Slingshot, according to the indictment.
Kelli Rae Good, 48, of Porcupine Circle in Salem on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on May 14, 2023, in East Hampstead.
Brittany Lee Greathead, 37, of Nashua Road in Peterborough on possession of clonazepam and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Londonderry on April 11, 2023.
Nicholas Greenwood, 42, of Debra Avenue in Raymond on theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Seabrook and removing security tags from clothing and attempting to flush them down a toilet on July 22, 2023. Twice before, Greenwood has been convicted on theft charges.
Amanda Leigh Grondin, 32, of Cherry Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on possession of fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of possessing the drugs and attempting to conceal a bag inside a motor vehicle to impair an investigation on March 8, 2023, in Salem.
