Derry Man Indicted On Burglary, Sexual Assault Charges: Court

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Richard Brian Allen Jr., 60, of Southampton Street in Boston, Massachusetts, on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,486 on another person’s bank account in Derry on May 11.

Amy Lee Arzoomanian, 35, of Powers Street in Milford on a felony possession of fentanyl charge on Nov. 16, 2020, in Salem.

Jason Parker Balser, 33, of Lowell Street in Manchester on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing St. John’s Church on Chapel Street in Portsmouth on March 4, 2019.

John A. Barros, 31, of Washington Street in Dorchester, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with another person to steal power tools from Home Depot in Salem on March 17, 2019.

Richard P. Borriello Jr., 33, of Buttrick Road in Hampstead on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of striking another person in the face, breaking and dislodging teeth, on Aug. 19 in Plaistow.

Sean Casey, 30, of Whitney Grove Road in Derry on a felony burglary charge as well as sexual assault-aggravated-circ. He was accused of breaking into a Derry home on Feb. 11 and fondling a woman.

Steven M. Ciano, 54, of Winsor Road in Billerica, MA, on a felony theft by deception charge. He was accused of cashing a check from another person as a deposit for a boiler between Aug. 3 to Sept. 2, 2020, in Londonderry.

Brandon Lee Condo, 24, of Crystal Avenue in Derry on a felony burglary charge. He was accused of burglarizing a building on Stonehedge Road in Windham on June 5, 2019.

Monica Leigh Coombs, 44, of Middle Street in Portsmouth on a felony burglary charge. She was accused of entering Portsmouth Market on Middle Street to commit a theft on July 12 and July 13.

Mark D. Cristaldi, 52, of Birchwood Drive in Methuen, MA, on possession of crack cocaine-subsequent and felon in possession of a deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was accused of possession the drug and metallic knuckles on May 9 in Salem.

Levin Croft, 29, of Spruce Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining multiple debit and-or credit cards of another person on July 19 in Derry.

Adam Curry, 31, of South Avenue in Derry on possession of methamphetamine and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of placing two people in danger while driving in Raymond on July 15 after using meth and crossing over a solid yellow line into oncoming traffic.
