Another Franklin Man Indicted On Shooting Charges: Court Docs
Bow, Manchester men accused of drug dealing; Alexandria felon faces weapon possession charge; Concord habitual offender accused of driving.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Tawni Chamberlain, 31, of Fisherville Road in Concord on a felony habitual offender charge. She was accused of driving on Fisherville Road in Concord on Aug. 4 after being certified as a habitual offender.
Raeven N. Checkos, 38, of Elm Street in Northfield on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 14 in Franklin.

Christopher Cronan, 23, of Hooksett Turnpike in Bow on two sale of narcotic drug-fentanyl charges from Oct. 28 and Oct. 20, 2019, on South Main Street in Concord and a felony sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-methamphetamine on Nov. 5, 2019, on South Main Street in Concord.
Sarah A. Crosby, 35, of Depot Road in Mason on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-heroin and fentanyl mix charge on Sept. 2, 2020, in Hooksett.

Adam Curry, 31, of South Avenue in Derry on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Dec. 3, 2020, in Hooksett.
Jessica Duplak, 28, of Loudon Road in Concord on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and tramadol mix charge on June 10 in Concord.
Rayshawn Hubbard, 22, of Kendall Street in Franklin on reckless conduct with a firearm, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, and two counts of conspiracy: criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charges, all felonies. He was accused of firing a .45 Glock at a home on Prospect Street in Franklin on May 17.
Steven A. Freeman, 34, of Burns Hill Road in Alexandria on a felony self-defense weapon; possession by a felon charge. He was accused of possessing a black Sabre stun gun at the Final Rinse Laundromat on Central Street in Franklin on July 17. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of receiving stolen property in September 2014 in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Benjamin Wolcott, 35, of Province Road in Barnstead on three felony controlled act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, buprenorphine, clonazepam charges on June 4, in Concord. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail on another charge from Belknap County Superior Court.
Timothy Kingsbury, 36, of Currier Road in Loudon on falsifying physical evidence and on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-meth-subsequent charges, both felonies. He was accused of trying to alter or conceal baggies of meth to evade a police investigation in Bow on April 2. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in February 2019 in Hillsborough County Superior Court North.
Francis McLaughlin, 29, of Amherst Street in Manchester on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, both felonies, after an incident in Bow on April 29. McLaughlin was previously convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in December 2020.
Michael W. White, 55, of Whitcher Road in Newport on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl and tramadol mix charges on Dec. 24, 2020, in Bow.
